So, i'll be leaving this next week on a medical trip to my homewtown. And since i won't have most of my nifty tools around, i thought i'd upoad something before i go.
This illustration was done merely for fun (which isn't something i'd done in quite sometime); i've always been a fan of the 40s and the idea of a steampunk cabaret struck me as something original. I particularly like the palette i used in this one, and the effect i achieved on her holographic body (an excellent way to keep the customers from 'handling' the merchandise, so to speak  ). The rust on the gentlemen robots is good too, and i'm very satisfied with all the facial features i managed to pull off of them. I should do a story in this style and with these characters...I hope you enjoy and see you in a week! Nicolás.- |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
