Give Peace a chance

This is a quick image I painted today to get my mind off of the projects and characters I'm currently working on/developing and relax... and what better way to do that than to take an existing (and superb) illustration by my favourite illustrator, Brom and rendering it in my style.
I've always wanted to pay homage to this great man and inspiration, but never actually found the time to do what I'd call an image deserving of his talent; so, perhaps this is a fitting tribute after all, because it's simply done. I've taken my tools and spent an afternoon just enjoying myself drawing what I wanted to draw... and I think that's a true tribute, coming to think about it ...
